Returns

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from receipt of purchase.

If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

It is important that you provide your invoice number when returning goods. Please
note that we do not accept returns on products purchased from other retailers.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all orders returned to us in a resell-
able (unworn, tags attached, clean, neatly folded) condition within our 14 days
returns policy.

It is important that garments are returned in the original packaging to
be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Purchases made in-store are also subject to a 14 day return policy. Should you wish
to return your in-store purchase, we offer an exchange or credit note only.

Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed following receipt of
goods delivered to out returns address.

Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges, each order must be
processed individually on our returns portal.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or offer an exchange on any
swimwear products or underwear.

Faulty Item Return Policy

At Imprint, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. 

If you believe there is an issue with a garment you have purchased from us, please review our policy below. We are unable to offer any form of reimbursement for items that do not fit the following criteria. 

- Garments must have been purchased directly from Imprint within the last 60 days. Proof of purchase must be provided; we are unable to offer any direct to customer reimbursement for Imprint items purchased from other retailers.

- Items must be unwashed. Please note that if an item has been washed it will be ineligible for a refund or replacement, regardless of the length of time since purchase. 

- Any items with a suspected fault reported within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund or replacement.

- Any items with a suspected fault reported within 60 days of purchase may be eligible for replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, then a store credit voucher valued at the garment's most recent retail price will be given automatically instead.
