In collaboration with Imprint Works, Ella Douglas developed industrial-inspired textiles that reflect the textures and mechanics of trucks, incorporating bold design details like hand-applied spikes and heavy-duty materials.Drawing on extensive research—including a dissertation on transgender truck drivers in America and visits to trucking festivals— Ella Douglas combines personal insight with innovative fabrications to tell a story of identity and style.
